All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We currently accept payments through PAYPAL and we encourage you to use this system, since it is a secure method of internet banking. You don't need to send us sensitive banking information. There is no fee for this service and you can avoid any delays. We will also accept INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDERS or WIRE TRANSFERS.

We ship worldwide. Items are shipped from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We normally ship via Canada Post, except in the case of large fossils or specimens, which will be shipped via Fedex, or another carrier of your choosing. Shipping charges are extra, and you should contact us in advance for quotes.

We recommend jewellery items be shipped by Xpresspost (Canada and the U.S.) or registered mail, which is reasonably priced and traceable. International shipments of under 30 grams are typically about $12 US.

Insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. It is in addition to the shipping cost and must be requested and purchased seperately. In the event that you receive a package in a damaged condition, inspect the contents immediately upon delivery, and if there is a problem, notify us at once. Keep all packaging materials and we will assist you in processing a claim and obtaining a replacement.

We try to insure our customer's satisfaction, through strict grading and high quality standards. If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. "Buy It Now" items are satisfaction guaranteed, and auction items will be refunded if an item has been misrepresented. We will assist you in obtaining a replacement or refund, provided it is in "as new" condition. Items must be returned with original packaging materials within ten days, and all returns must be sent fully insured and prepaid by registered mail .
